OUR MINISTRIES

Shekinah Healing Home

The Shekinah Healing Home is the boys’ home. It is a safe place where boys who lived on the streets can be transformed by the unending love of the Father and raised up as sons and warriors in God’s Kingdom and the future leaders of Mozambique.

Widows Program

We want to see the neglected widows in Tete encounter the love of the Father and be cared for like the precious treasures that they are. It is our honor and privilege to care for our local widows. On a monthly basis, we provide food, home supplies, healthcare, clothing, and a stipend for each of our beautiful widows. This physical provision is one way the LORD demonstrates that they are chosen and dearly loved.

White as Snow

White As Snow is a response to the cry of the Father’s heart for women involved in sex-trafficking. It is both a rescue operation and a restoration process where women come to find healing and life in the presence of God, receive assistance in business development, and then go forth as champions of the Kingdom of Light to destroy the darkness they were previously trapped in.

Marketplace Ministry

PIONEER61 has been called to marketplace ministry to influence the community for Christ through providing trade skills, employment, and discipleship. In the midst of systemic poverty, high unemployment rates and extremely limited opportunities for training and further education, we provide good jobs in a healthy work environment that equip men and women with a skill and empower them to live out their God-given destinies.

Body of Christ in Mozambique

We’re so thankful for this soil God has placed us in and all the ways we’ve seen His praise spring up in the darkest places. From the streets, to brothels, to our precious widows community, His praise is being brought forth all across our city

Disaster Relief

A joint effort between the province, NGOs and churches, Pioneer 61 works with our greater relief network to identify those who most need assistance. Your support allows us to bring food and supplies like beans, rice, oil, water and blankets to those displaced by natural disasters, and to aid the rebuilding process after.

Shekinah Academy

At Shekinah Academy, our students are not only learning from an academic curriculum that provides a Biblical worldview, but they spend the first hour of each school day connecting with Jesus and learning how to glorify Him with their lives!

Base Operations

We’re so thankful for this soil God has placed us in and all the ways we’ve seen His praise spring up in the darkest places. From the streets, to brothels, to our precious widows community, His praise is being brought forth all across our city. We pray that we will see even more blooms of His righteousness in the people of Mozambique this year as we continue to RESCUE, EQUIP, and SEND!

Lighthouse of Tete

There are still men, women, and children in this city who have yet to experience the love of Jesus. There are still needs to be met, hearts to be healed, and lives to be changed. And sometimes it’s not about the 99, but it’s about the one!
